We seek feedback from 75,000 customers a month on ways to improve our service. We have helped 2000 businesses to recover since 2009, protecting 35,000 UK jobs. We provided an average of 5.4 days of formal learning per full time employee in 2010.  We spent over £5.8 billion on goods and services all over the UK last year.
